Non Authorized Inq Letter - About to send one off, should I include SSN?

I noticed the post about the Non Authorized Inq Letter and an example of it. I have one ready to send off, but I noticed the example letter didn't have the SSN included. Should I throw that in or leave it out? Thanks.

Probably doesn't matter, but I always include it.
