Not Mine Letter

Does anyone have a copy of the "Not Mine" letter?

Do you send this or do you send the DV letter if you are sure the collection is not yours?

there is no not mine letter!  you might dispute with CRA as not mine......DV letter is different.

Will disputing the accounts with the Credit Bureaus and sending a Debt Validation letter to the collection agency show that the account is not mine or do I need to do something different?

Everything that you do is for different reasons

Dispute    so that reporting is correct or drops

DV to a CA....you want them(CA) to prove that it is your debt and that they own or have the authority to collect.
