No telling without more details. Are these new accounts? It can take time for one or more CRA's to update. When did the account report? When did the other 2 CRA's update?
It's the creditor's responsbility to report to the CRA so start there and verify that they are reporting data. If they are and enough time has passed that the CRA should have updated then contact the CRA.
