Anyone have one?
The CS number that I found just brings you to an automated menu with 2 options (neither is to speak to CS) and if you try hitting anything other than 1 or 2 (like 0) they just say your request can't be processed, try calling again later and it hangs up. From going to their site it seems equally impossible to find a real contact number.
I need to speak to a live body.
There's something wrong with my EX report. It's not frozen or anything, but I've had a creditor tell me they can't access it, Amex is unable to report to it for whatever reason and Amex is unable to provide me with my monthly EX score since they can't access it. I can get it from Discover though (creditscorecard) just fine, so I'm not sure why there's an inconsistency in accessing my EX data between creditors?
