OCs and yet another CA

I have just reviewed my CR for the millionth time, I feel and I noticed that USBank, has said that the last payment was in November of 2007. This was a Credit Card that I haven't paid on for at least 3 years.  How can they do that?  The account is with a CA now but I am wondering, what do I do?

Nothing unless you are past SOL......If not a simple dispute can start a lawsuit!  or if you are ready to pay  then there are things that you might try.

The 2007 date might mean that they sold the account to the CA.  Keep all hard copies of your CRs  forever.
