OK someone help me understand this...

Ok this past week my mom had 5 (4 of them past SOL) collections added to her Equifax credit file, now heres the big cliff hanger her score did not drop at all! How wierd is that? I just knew her score was going to be crushed, and 1 of the 5 was placed on her other two reports as well!

No score drops on those report either! Has this ever happen to anyone else! Trust me we are not complaining, she is trying to get a FHA loan and her middle score needs to be a 580 and its currently at 571. So thank God her scores didnt fall!
Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

I don't know about the score, but the reason they showed up is because they have triggers on her reports that tell them when she has mortgage inqs so they can report and think they have a better chance of getting paid because the mortgage officer might require their payment.
