Be honest about your request, tell your story, all of it, why it happened and what you have done since to make sure that you have been on time. 

I haven't seen the change yet, it was put through, so I am waiting to see.  Just got a judgment deleted that was in my bk7 so that should help scores too... I really need that refi to go through so scores need to jump quick...

Has anyone had any luck with Countrywide and GW requests since last Summer?  We have one 30-day late from over a year ago that we hope to have dropped.

From what I have heard, they are not helping anyone anymore.  Countrywide is in such bad shape now....  I haven't heard any good things about Countrywide to date.
