OT Need Help w/ thumb issue!

Guys, I've damaged my right thumb.  It's almost stuck in a straight position.  I have to physically push down on it to get it to bend, and it makes a strange clicking sound.   It's very painful.  I'm pretty sure it's not broken.  Any ideas?
