Okay to PFD the OC if still within SOL?

Is this okay to do? Also, would there be cause to DV the OC if still in SOL?Thanks.

I don't think you DV the OC but you can PDF the OC.  LOLOL

You would just PFD the OC.  They are the ones who had the original debt and you know that you owe THEM.  You would only DV the CA. 

Just make sure that it really is the Original Creditor and you work directly with them and them only.  If they sold your account, THEN you would DV the agency who purchased it.
