One more credit report question

Thanks everyone for being patient with me. I have another question about a statement on my credit report. For my Target account under creditor's statement it says: "special handling-contact subsciber for additional information" What does that mean?? I'm confused.

Any idea what might have started that? Fraud alert, stolen card, dispute or issue with Target etc?

I don't have a clue what started that. I have never seen that on a credit report before.
