Online CC apps that allow you to do a joint?

I know US Bank does this but are there any other banks that have this option when applying?

I know Chase does, but I don't think it's an option on their online apps. You probably have to go to a branch.

Yeah looks like no other banks do the joint app online other than GE with Care Credit and some other furniture CCs, thanks for reponse.
