Opt in or opt out - where to look

Hello everyone 

I am not sure if this was addressed in any of the frequent threads - I looked 

but  how can I find out if I am part of the opt out or opt in prescreened offers 

I think I may have opted out many years ago when I was in some financial mess but not sure

It will take time after opting back in but yes you should be good to go.
