Orchard Bank Still not reporting???

So I have a new Orchard Bank Card (fully secured) and I just got approved for an AMEX Skymiles card... I want to dump the OB but, the monkey is not reporting on any of my CBs...
 
How long has it taken for others to report the OB on CRAs?
