Ordered report - error on delivery

just ordered 3 bureau monitoring. Got my receipt & confirmation number. Printed my receipt but when I clicked the "start using your purchase" button - I got an error message. logged out & back in - nothing. logged out, cleared cache, logged in - nothing. 

Sent message to support since not open on Sun. Are they pretty fast about response time? Wanting to check my mortgage scores because I'm in middle of applying and been paying down debt & they've not pulled my report yet.

well, they are refunding my payment. So I suggest sending a support message and they will refund payment
