I have to Bally CO's. Bally is listed as a CA company but I think one was from when I was in CA (San Fran) and one from when I was in NYC so I'm assuming it is based on where you sign the contract, not on where the OC resides.
Anyway I'd like to PFD, wondering if anyone has a sample letter that works, especially with a company like Bally (huge).

Any thoughts on best way to handle this? I think #2 is out of SOL since it is CA and even it were NY is coming close to SOL this spring. I'm willing to PIF if I can get it deleted, any idea if Bally does this? I have a lawyer who will do it for $500 but doesn't seem worth it to me.
