PFD- What should i do in this case? 2 Different CA's same account

I need to send a PFD to a CA because they verified my account.  Well I have Payco on my equifax and OSI on my TU and EXP.  Same account number and amount.

I believe OSI bought out Payco Im not sure if they are the same company.

But I would like to send out this PFD today so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you DV'd either of them?  Thinking that the one bought it isn't a good enough reason to pay them IMO.

I DV'd both of them and OSI responded but Payco did not.  I think they are the same company though.
