PFD delivery cm, cmrrr, or just plain 1st class

when sending a PFD letter what is the most appropriate postage to use?

I'd use CMRRR since typically you are giving them a certain number of days to take your offer and I believe that the CMRRR method reinforces that to the creditor or CA.
