Hello, Some of my collection accounts have some substantial amount of money and not easy for me to pay off right away, Has anyone ever done a PFD based on making arrangements to get on a payment plan with the CA?

Re: PFD for Payments?

PFD is best used with a single lump sum payment. You could cetainly modify the example letter to suit your needs.

Re: PFD for Payments?

Heck-  I sent a PFD letter offering $500 on a $3500 CO. It's duemto drop off next year, so I figured it was worth a 41-cent stamp to ask.
