So I sent out like 6 PFD's for old debt that I have about 5 days ago. I used the sample provided in this forum. I'll keep everyone up to date and let y'all know if the PFD's work or not. One collector has contacted me for a debt that won't age off my CR for another three years. He was nice but said they don't delete; only setlle or pay in full. :\
It was for a couple of pay day loans. Should I settle or pay in full? I don't want to wait 3 years as most of bad debt is aging off in the next year.
