I just sent an email to a higher up @direct tv. I told him I would not deal with Plaza Associates and wanted to take care of the debt in a mutually satisfying arrangement. Low and behold I check my snail mail 5 min later and there's a letter from NCO making claims to the same debt! As of yesterday my CR shows Plaza reporting debt since 2005 and only reporting on 1 cb.
1.Should I pay Nco {who probably brought the debt} before they report to CRA's?
2.If Plaza doesn't own debt anymore should that come off? or do I have to dispute it off?
3. Any Idea's?
Please note, REGARDLESS I will have to pay bc I close on my house in 2 weeks. of course
I would love to PFD but not at the expense of staying in apartment HELLLLLLL.
