I just got through dealing with Applied Bank (formerly Cross Country Bank). If some of the suggestions you hear don't work then contact the BBB of Delaware. When I did that it got their attention. I was then later offered a payment for deletion on letterhead. They don't like complaints because they have had class action suits in the past against them.
