What does this mean?

Collection account

Before I disputed, it said this:

Collection account

This is for a fraud account someone in forida used my account and i reported it frand years ago and they wont take it off.

Should I DV them?

DV the CA!.  Do you have a police report?  Stop disputing online and either mail or fax the 'dispute' with a copy of the report to the CRAs.  Have you ever contacted the OC - do they have this documented?  Include that documentation also.
