I am currently dealing with a creditor that will not fax me information about an account that if I were to pay it in full that they would delete the account off of the credit report. But they did say that if I were to type up a letter to them stating this that they would sign it and send it back to me. Anyone have any idea on what I should say in the letter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your help.
