Perkins student Loan...NOT conolidated w/ rest of loans

About 18 months ago I consolidated my student loans, about $45,000..somehow  ONE Perkins loan ($5450) did NOT get consolidated.  Nelnet agreed to consolidate the Perkins with the rest of my loans.  However, I am not sure what is the best way to remove out of collection on my CR.  Do I want it showing PAID with Zero balance or have it removed completely? Help

thanks

Ideally you want it gone if it is a collection. See if they will do a PFD.

With a PFD, you get them to agree (in writing) that the tradeline is removed for your reports before you pay.
