I am looking into either a personal loan or home equity line. Any suggestions on who to goto?
Credit score is 796, I own a house outright, have 25k in a money market and have a house that is rented with a mortgage.
The only issue is I can prove very little income (1200 a month) aside from the rent from one of my properites (1275 a month)
