Anyone have any dealings with this CA? I think they knew my account was past SOL for my state..Absolutely no attempt to collect when I called...They gave me the info I asked for and left me alone...

Since you are past SOL - DV then CMRRR (and no more calling them or taking calls from them).

Just to let everyone know...I DV CMRRR and got no respone however, all was deleted from all 3 CRA in about 2 weeks...Thanks everyone!!!! big shouts to Lady Scarlet!!!!

My son had them on his CR.....I sent a Dv and they deleted

they are on the collection section on my CR never received a letter from them or have they ever tried to collect anything they are very silent??-ans

They are probably silent because you might be past your SOL..Do you know what your SOL is for your state? If you are past it DV CMRRR them and you should probably see it deleted..at least that was my experience and a few others..
