Thanks..right now im have Indiana and Illinois communicate with each other over the amount. My thinking is since I live, work, and pay through Indiana that Illinois will have to abide by thier rules.
I never went to court in Illinois only Indiana so even if she did file in Illinois they should have told her since i live in Indiana she would have to file in my state which I think thats what they told her since she did come and file. My thing is if I NEVER received a court order fom Illinois, why am I even in there system for rears?
