Private Mortgage

I have two private mortgages which of course don't report to the CRA's. Is there anything I can do to get them listed on my credit file. I tried to get the CRA's to list them in public/court record section because the mortgages are recorded in public records but they wouldn't.

Any suggestions on getting recognition for these accounts.

Re-Finance them with a bank that reports?

If they are being held by the former owner you'd have to find a company out there that will report for them. They are out there but I can't think of any off hand.

Thanks I am working on my credit to refinance, but having the mortgages on my report would help greatly.

If anyone has an idea of the name of this reporting company please respond.

Have you asked the note holder if they are willing and able to reort them?

When I say private mortgage I mean individuals hold the mortgages and they have no need to report to the CRA's.
