I have sent off a couple of DV letters, typed up from examples that I found here. After reading some more posts, I see that some DV letter request that the ca sends some sort of validation with signitures. I didn't add this part into my letter. What proof am I looking for exactly? HSBC sent me a letter stating that they have already verified the account numerous times and basically is refusing to validate it again. They have never shown ME any proof.
