On a personal note:

A CA sent an 'accounting' but nothing else.  No terms of assignment/sale, no proof of License (required here), etc

What next?  OC refuses to PFD will only mark it 'paid'.  This is medical BTW.

The letter is geared toward credit card debt, but, can be modified by removing the voucher and statement request. Then it would cover most types of debts...

Wow that's some letter!  i am almost scared to send it, because if they do validate, they'd probably be so mad at me they would never consider a PFD!

lonnster , should'nt they be given some sort of timeframe to respond and if they did'nt respond how could this be used to get account removed from your cr's.

        seems to me they could drag this out for ever all the while telling you their still gathering all the

required information for validation,but we all know that should'nt take long considering all debt collectors operate on the up and up and should have all this info at their immediate disposal.

                      so my question still holds timeframe or not?
