Public Record SW alert?

I'm confused.  Just got a SW alert dated 4/4 saying

"A public record listed on your credit report has changed. "

When I looked at it, it says that Calvary Portfolio is being disputed.  It's a collection account, does that count as a PR?  I pulled my report on 4/5 and it didn't say anything about a dispute then? WTH?

Have you sent the CA a DV or PFD?

A CA is not a public record.

No, they're already PIF from Feb.  That was right before I found the boards.  Been fighting with them over their reporting, though.  But didn't think it should hit a PR alert.  I looked, and it doesn't show anything at all on PR, but shows the Calvary dispute under collections.  Weird...
