I have a judgement listed on my Equifax credit report, but is not on my other two reports. I paid this judgement within two weeks after it was issued. Can this be removed? If so, how? I am new to this so any help is truly appreciated.
Thank you! Would I send the "GW" letter directly to the CRA or would this be handled through the court? Do you have any sample GW letters that have been sent directly to a CRA?
