I have been a member with the Identity Ultimate subscription since 6/2015. I have only ever received one set of reports, and it says my next set is due 6/2016. Why am I not receiving the quarterly reports? Or am I missing something?
I'm getting quarterly reports and I just checked my dashboard online and it says I'm subscribed to "ULTIMATE 3B" under the YOUR SUBSCRIPTION section. My next report is due in February.
