Hi All,
So I have a charged-off Macy's account reporting to all three credit bureaus. The last late on the account that was reported was almost 4 years ago. I decided to pay this off last year on June 2011.
So here's my quesiton. On my EX Report, it says that on June 2011 there was a CO. Then on July 2011 there was a CLS (Closed?). Before then it says No Data up until Nov 2008. Then on Nov 2008 it says CO, then before that the 180 days late, etc. Is this correct? Is that KD/CO on June 2011 affecting my score because its on there for JUNE 2011 and also Nov 2011. Shouldn't it only be on the month it was charged off? Or, is this accurately reporting? Thanks!!
Even below the "calendar", it says "Charged off as of June 2011, November 2008". Does that even make sense?
