I have a collection that wants way more than the original owed. If I send them a settlement offer amount with a PFD they can't take my money and still request the rest can they?
The way I unterstand it is that if they except the pfd them you can use that to have it removed from your cbr . I new at this so don't take my advise without reading some of the threads on this subject.

To begin with who is reporting the OC CA or both?? they are handled different.
