Question for Timothy

Thank you for your speedy reply.  Where should I start to rectify my situation?  Who should I talk to first?  My credit score is 702 and my husband's is 697.  I really do not want to have to declare bankruptsy if at all possible, but it sounds like that is what your advice would be to do.  Does that mean we would not be able to qualify to buy a house with the bankruptsy on our record?

What would happen if I just did not make payments on 2 of my cards and put that money towards other cards to pay them off.  When they are caught up, work on the delinquit cards....would that damage my credit the same as bankruptsy?

Re: Question for Timothy

I just wanted to ask, can you not make the minimums on your cards at all? Do you have any cards that are delinquent as of now?

Re: Question for Timothy

You will not have 700 credit for long if you miss 1 payment.

Take a cash advance, borrow $, anything but miss a payment-

BK is serious stuff that I have never done or know much about-
