Question ~ need help determining DOFD for TX Sol

Texas SOL is 4 years.  I need help with this account ~

30 days as of Jan 2004 to Mar 2004
60 days April 04
90 days May 04
Repo June 04
CO July 04- Nov 06

Payments were due on the 26th of each month.  What would the DOFD be..Jan 27 2004 or Feb 27 2004?

Anyone??

This is a CC account right? If so, since you live in Texas it's my understanding that the DOFD can be argued to have happened before the CO date. When did you lose your charging privileges? Did the CCC ever lower your credit line below the amount that's due?

Because TX. goes by date of first default I would say DOFD (only for SOL) Jan. 2004

CRTP could be later month   but would still be 2004

Re: Question ~ need help determining DOFD for TX Sol

Thanks...I'm hoping for January.  The 30 day listing confuses me.  30 days as of Jan - March 2004.  I don't know if the Jan 26 payment was missed or if it was the Feb 26 payment.  UGH.  I know it will stay on the CR until 2011 ~ at least that's what the OC has on the report.  This CA isn't reporting as of yet.
