Question on ending DMP and reporting

Hi everyone!

I completed my DMP with AMEX and it updated on my CR - all three...YES!

However, it is still showing account managed my debt management with balance unknow.

Should the account managed by debt management and balance unknown be deleted on the report or does that stay on?

How long has passed since you finished? It could take 30+ days to change

I finished in June and pulled CR and disputed. Got the dispute back and balance is 0.

However shows past due and handled by debt management program.

So I am thinking I need to dispute to get the debt management program off or does it stay on for a period of time?
