3 listings under that name are on BBB. 2 appear to be the same company.

Records vary, but none are unsatisfactory.

Gut feel tells me they are a CFC--consumer finance company. As such, the TL carries some inherent adverse connotation. But again, not sure and don't know. Just a gut feel that they are a CFC.

RLCA is a full service, direct residential lender to consumers. They specialize in FHA, conforming and jumbo home purchasing and home refinancing . I too have never done business with them but they apparently underwrite prime and sub-prime mortgages.
