REPORTING RIGHTS

Who has the right to report regarding an account, OC or CA? Do they both have the right to report? Will their reports be considered duplicate if they both pertains to the same account?

Whats the related law, concerning this "duplicate" entry, if they are really considered duplicate.

They can both report at the same time!!!!!   1 OC and only 1 CA at a time though

How can that be? If the OC gave/sold it to a CA...then the OC dont own it anymore so therefore they cant report what they dont own? I thought the OC had to put charged off or sent to collections on your report.
