Ran credit, but no scores or account info. appeared

Hello,

I am new to this forum and am in need of a few answers. This is the first time this has happened to me. I pulled a client's credit report, but it came up with no Fico (none of three bureau's) and no account information.

Can anyone tell me why this has happened? I've never experienced this before and I've pulled many credit reports.

If anyone can help me, I'd surely appreciate it!!!!!

They have no credit?

I believe you must have credit for 6 months before it gives you a score. And obviously there will only be accounts on there if the person has had credit with someone who reports.
