Really Really need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a repo with Ford Credit that I would like removed. I've tried a GW, that didn't work. I have called but have gotten nowhere. I know one of these tactic's will work but I just don't know what to say. I actually got the car back and never had a late again after the repo. This was back in 2001. Any suggestions would be great.

Tusc,
Can you elaborate on Planet Feedback and how we might use it to help us in this example or PFD or GW?
Have a good one,

PFB is a communication channel between you and the exec offices of most companies. It's a very useful tool for routing GWs right to the top!
