Really, are you serious?

So the day finally came when Sprint falls off my report and guess what happened.  Yep 1 week later it reappears on my CR.  I of course disputed it not sure if that was the smart thing to do however, I did it.  I then went on TC and it shows the fall off date to be in June when it orginally showed May.  Is this gonna happen every month fall off and put back on and can they do this?  What do I do if they continue month after month to do this?

Re: Really, are you serious?

The debt should be removed 7.5 years from DOFD (date of first delinquency).  DOFD is the date you first became late/delinquent and then never became current thereafter.

You can calculate this date by determining when you first became late/delinquent and then count forward 7.5 years.  The actual fall off date could be plus or minus 1 month.
