Received Credit Card I Didn't Request

I received a credit card from PRISM/CBSD Bank that I didn't request.  Is there a way to get this completely wiped from my 3 reports without going through the typical dispute process?

Did you happen to have an old Macy's card that you hadn't used in a while?  If so call them have them close it and dispute it on your file.  I think you are a victim of the Macy's upgrade spree. To inactive cards to the Visa brand.
