CapOne changed DW's balance to $0. So, we sent PFDs on the last known balance with hopes they would away.
Here's their response:
"Thank you for the recent inquiry regarding your Capital One account. We appreciate the opportunity to review your account.
If you have questions......"
What kind of response is this? The second page with the letter refers to legal jargon none of which pertains to this PFD or the $0 balance.
Is this a standard form letter? Has anyone else received a response from CapOne for a PFD? I know their GW response is standard...got plenty of those.
