Removed fraud alert, but Comenity still sees it.

I hada fraud alert on my reports for a few years. I found out it was my ex husband who used my info, so I no longer need the alerts on my account that made a big headache for me, when it came to rebuilding. I am trying to get increases via robolady, but I cant becasue comenity says they still see a fraud alert. Is there an email to the credit bureaus? I've called and verified all three agencies and they all say its off(for two months now). I'm pretty annoyed! Any help would be wonderful

The FCRA clearly permits the consumer to remove any fraud alert by noticing the CRA.

The only provision is that the CRA might request verification of identity.

If the CRA has ststed that they alert is no longer in effect, I would question statements by others as to when they pulled your credit report.
