Is anyone else still having difficulty getting sears to report?  I called them twice, first time they said the problem would be fixed in a week.  that was april.  called again last week and they said they will be done reporting by the end of may.

my sears account has had the same balance since june of last year.

anyone else?  what ;have you done to resolve?

I have the same problem!  I called them middle of last week after seeing on my report that they hadn't updated since June 2006.  I asked them to re-report showing that the account was paid off as of January 2007.  I just received a credit alert today from MyFICO saying that an inactive account has recently be had activity.  Under the "Newly Reported" section it says December 1, 2006.

What the heck?!?!  Does that mean that they only report my activity as of last december? 

I don't want to buy another report just yet to see all of the details.  I'll probably get all three CRA's reports again in about a month or so.
