SHELL CITI : Should I Rest My Case?

During my "pre-myfico" days, I paid a SHELL CITI account in FULL without even asking for DELETION. It went to CA which did not report. Good thing, the CA did not mark my CREDIT REPORT with any unpleasantry.

SHELL CITI

The original LIMIT is around 150$. I closed it. After closing, they sent me notices that my CREDIT LIMIT is being reduced to lower amount ($30), can they still do this? That is reducing the CL of a closed account? Is it worth pursuing?

And also, are they required to put records of PAYMENT? Thanks

It's not unusual to have closed acct being marked with a Zero CL.

The CL on a closed account does not affect your scores.

How about the "BLANKS"? Should the CO immediately come after the 150th month?

Hopefully you disputed as "inaccurate" and they might zap the whole TL.
