SOL, Reaging and AFNI

OK AFNI has changed my DOFD date to 7/2007 it use to be 2003.  Does this now fall under SOL  since My state is 3 years?  Can i be sued for sending them a DV or PFD?

Who told you that you could be sued? They can't reage accounts. Didn't you say that it said the collection would fall off of your report in 2010? That is because the DOFD is in 2003 which means that SOL is up for you.

all my reports have a different date... myfico 2003 and equifax 2007 for dofd?????????

Luckily i saved my old credit reports. Verizon originally sold my account to a CA collection america.  I had it deleted back in 2005.  Now AFNI has bought the account reapplied my account to equifax and I called equifax to ask them how old the account is they said 2003.  But it says first deliquency 7/2007 w/afni?????  Why would equifax let them do this?
