SOL for Ohio

Hope you seasoned members can help.  Does anyone know the SOL for credit cards in Ohio and/or if the are considered written or open contracts?  How do I know if collections are based on the state where the card was issued or my home state?  I have gone to several websites; some say 6 years and some say 15.
